2026 Halloween Guide

7 October, 2026 by KatBp Leave a Comment

Roxberry-Fizz for Kids

For something different this Halloween, Roxberry is the perfect drink for the younger ones. With just 5g of sugar, 25 calories and real fruits and veggies, the delicious 7.5 oz cans are perfect to hand out to trick-or-treaters this year or serve at your kids’ Halloween party. Roxberry comes in three classic flavors and is available for just $3.97 a four-pack, so you’re not breaking the bank either. I think these would be a wonderful idea to hand out to kids during trick or treating too. That or just have them at a Halloween party so the kids can have something good to drink that doesn’t have a lot of sugar either. I would have been thrilled as a kid to get something other than candy. It was always fun when others handed out more than just candy. I loved it! I’m sure kids are going to love these too.

Bandana Flying Bat DIY Kit

How about making a fun bat this Halloween season. Turn bandana fabric into a hanging Halloween bat with big patterned wings, pointy ears, a fang-filled face, and a little extra surprise: pull the wing strings and you can make the finished bat flap its wings. This kit is a beginner-to-intermediate sewing project designed for makers who are ready for something a little more involved. You’ll cut and sew the fabric pieces, build the bat’s face, assemble the body and wings, add hidden wooden rods, stuff the body, and finish it with hanging strings. This would be a fun kit to do with your kids, but you may need to help them if they’re younger, since it does involve sewing. Once complete, hang your bat as part of your Halloween décor. Leave the wings in position for display, or gently move the wing strings to bring your bat to life. Such a fun project.

Bandana Pumpkin Trio DIY Kit / Jack-O’-Lanterns

Another fun craft to do this Halloween, are these bandana pumpkins. Turn the bandana into three little pumpkins. Make a coordinating trio of fabric pumpkins from classic bandana fabric, with three different sizes that are ready to display together on a table, shelf, mantel, windowsill, or in a seasonal arrangement. I personally think these would be great for both fall and Halloween. They’re very beautiful too. The bandana fabric looks very nice and gives it that added touch. This kit is a beginner-friendly, no-stitch fall craft. You’ll cut the bandana fabric, add fusible interfacing, glue and stuff the pumpkin shells, then use cord to shape each pumpkin into eight sections. Finish them with felt stems and arrange your trio however you like. This one will be fun for my daughters and I. We love doing fall and Halloween activities together. Want to take them from fall to Halloween? The kit also includes optional jack-o’-lantern face patterns. Add felt eyes, noses, and mouths to one pumpkin, all three, or none at all. Choose from the included face designs, mix and match the pieces, or create your own creepy design.

St. Pierre Brioche

I know you probably don’t think about food much when it comes to Halloween, maybe candy though. Not me though, I always think of food. One thing I love about Halloween, is making food for Halloween. Being able to make Halloween themed food is always something I’ve loved. My kids love it as well. If you’re hosting a party, St. Pierre Brioche bread might be something you could use to make some great food. Their Brioche Loaf, Rolls & Buns give the kind of upgrade that makes a party table look intentional rather than thrown together, and it works for pretty much anything you’re serving, sweet or savory. Think of all the delicious recipes you could come up with.

Self-Care Shirts

If you’re looking for some great shirts for fall and Halloween, make sure to check out Self-Care Shirts. I’m telling you, they have some of the best shirts/sweatshirts I’ve seen. I have a few of them myself, and they’re so soft and comfortable. Highlights include “Witch, Please” (a very sassy witch hat), “Casting Spells & Setting Boundaries” (a bubbling cauldron), “Carve Out Time For Yourself” (a heart-eyed jack-o’-lantern), a ghost who officially quit hustle culture (“Boo to Burnout”), and a cozy bat recharging his bat-teries. Everything comes as tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, and $5 stickers that make great treat-bag or teacher-gift additions. Amazing, right?! You have to check them out to see all the great items they have. I’m sure my family will be getting more, especially of the sweat shirts.

I’m The Chef Too!

How about making something with the kids for Halloween. These Crystal Ball Cake Bites are going to be great for having the kids make and eat. I don’t know about your kids, but mine love to bake goodies, and eat them too. Not only do kids get to bake tasty “crystal ball” cake bites, but they also get to dive into the science behind them – including how light, reflections and angles work together to create optical illusions. In addition, there is a fun fortune-telling activity and a hands-on illusion where kids use reflective angles to make a “Phantom Baking Buddy” appear before their very eyes! Sounds exciting, right?! I just know kids are going to love making these, and being able to eat them too. What a great idea for Halloween treats.

Little Pair Play

If you’re looking for something fun for the kids to do or have, Little Pair Play has this amazing sensory dough. I have to say, this stuff is very soft and feels amazing. Double the Halloween fun—and save when you bundle! 🎃 The Boo Bundle includes Little Spellcaster and Monster Mash, each filled with soft sensory dough and its own playful mix of themed add-ins, textures and treasures. I love that they added in all these items to make them more Halloween. It’s amazing! My kids and I all love dough, so we enjoy these. They could be great for gifting for Halloween too, instead of candy. I know some kids can’t even have some candy, so it’s nice to have options. Perfect for siblings, boo baskets or simply stocking up on seasonal play, this limited-edition duo brings together a little spellcasting magic and a whole lot of monster fun—without the scares.
