I always eat cereal for breakfast and the kids always eat either cereal or something prepared by my wife. We don’t really have an on-the-go breakfast at the ready.

wheni was single it was a ricecake with either vegan cheese or nut butter. now its a banna berry smoothie split between us. 1 banana, 1/2 cup cherries, blueberruies, or strawberries, 1 tbs flax seed, 2 cups water, dahs cinnamon, dash vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon sugar ( i know, bed right) we usualy freeze ripe banans and buy frozen berries. so it is so easy jsut ot toss it al lin and then rinse the blender out. takes less than 5 minutes.
