5 Live Concerts You Need to Watch On Your Bucket List

6 September, 2019 by KatBp 56 Comments

Disclosure: This is a guest post via LSEO. I was compensated for this post.

Some of the top grossing tours in the US last year were none other than Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, and Justin Timberlake. Ed Sheeran performed for almost five million fans and his tour grossed more than $430 million. Although these pop acts are some of the most entertaining and most popular in the world, there are five other, lesser known acts that you really need to see live. After all, it’s always fun to watch someone new skyrocket to fame, and odds are these artists will.

Be sure to put these concerts on your must-watch bucket list.

Lauren ‘Lolo’ Mayhew

Lauren Mayhew, also known as “Lolo” Mayhew, is an actress, singer, and television host. Her resume includes opening for some of the biggest pop stars on the planet, including Britney Spears, NSYNC and Destiny’s Child. She also performed at the 2001 Superbowl with her group, PYT. Lolo has the ability to entertain a crowd with just a stripped-down set and her guitar or to rock the stage with an exciting, lively performance and a full band.

Jennah Bell

Folk music can be difficult to categorize, but most folk artists do have one thing in common: they tend to be experimental and don’t stick with traditional sounds. Jennah Bell is no exception. Her voice is exceptionally soulful and she can play guitar with the best of them. Her new album, Anchors and Elephants, was produced by Russell Elevado who’s also worked with some incredibly popular acts like The Roots and Erykah Badu.

Bby Laana

The San Francisco Bay Area in California has produced some of the best rappers, including Too Short, Mac Dre, and E-40. Bby Laana is from the Fillmore district in the Golden Gate City and gained popularity through social media. Although she’s yet to complete an album, her appeal, charisma, and loyal following are sure to get her noticed outside of the Bay Area limits. You can catch one of her performances at venues across the region.

Adam Lasher

Adam Lasher is best-known for being a finalist on the 2016 season of the hit reality show “American Idol.” There’s a good chance you’ve also seen him share the stage with his Grammy award-winning uncle, Carlos Santana. Lasher is a pianist, guitar player and a songwriter, writing music since he was just 11 years old. He already has three EPs behind him as well a complete album. But even better are his live performances, definitely a must-see up on the stage.

Dominic Fike

Fike recently signed a multi-million-dollar record deal. He’s also received props from the likes of DJ Khalid and Kourtney Kardashian. The talented, original song writer and skilled guitarist who has a focus on pop/guitar-focused tunes, has even been compared to popular artists like Jack Johnson and Weezer. While he’s yet to release his first album, be sure to keep an ear and an eye out for new music as well as tour dates.

Wow, I do not recognize any of these new artists. I guess I am still stuck in the early 2000’2 rock era to be honest.
