What are some of your favorite type of movies? I really love to watch movies with my kids. That means I’m always looking for some great animated movies so we can all sit down and watch them together.
I was recently offered the Jungle Shuffle movie on Blu-Ray to review. This is a great children’s movie about jungle animals. My daughters love all kinds of animals, so I knew we were going to enjoy watching this one.
Manu (Drake Bell) and Sacha (Alicia Silverstone) are two young raccoons living in the Mexican rainforest. They are in love with each other, but not everyone approves of it. Manu is a bit of a trouble maker.
Sacha is the daughter of the coati tribe’s king. This makes things a bit hard for the two of them. Sacha’s father doesn’t approve of them being together.
Manu ends up leaving the most worshipped statue destroyed. After all that has happened, the King (Tom Arnold) exiles Manu to live on his own in the jungle. A year later Manu has turned in to a great young male. Not much has changed since he’s still in love with Sacha.
Human poachers end up capturing Sacha, so Manu is on his way to rescue her. On his journey, he’ll meet Chuy (Rob Schneider), a lively and courageous spider monkey. There will be many dangers that they’ll have to face.
Do you think they’ll be able to save Sacha? You’ll have to watch this movie to find out. This will arrive on March 10th. Make sure to pick up your very own copy then.
