I want to win because I’ve always wanted a pressure cooker but could remember how scared my mom was of hers afraid the top would fly off. If your’e old enough to remember those. This also doubles as a crock pot and you can leave it in after its cooked to keep it warm or even delay cooking times. This is awesome and I really would use it several times a week.
