Taco Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 Green Peppers
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Black Olives

Instructions: First you’re going to want to cut out the middles of the peppers so that you can stuff them. Meanwhile you can fry up the hamburger and add the taco seasoning according to the package. Make sure to drain out all the grease from the hamburger before putting in the taco seasoning. Next you’ll want to scoop the hamburger in to the peppers. Then you can top it with some cheese. I also usually add more cheese on top after the peppers are almost all the way cooked. Cook on 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until peppers start to get soft. You can top with sour cream or any other toppings you may like. I also added in some black olives with the hamburger, but you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to. ENJOY!
