When it comes to snacks, I try to find ones that taste great as well as ones that are healthy for you. My kids are not to picky about snacks, and will usually eat just about any kind of snack. They do love all kinds of fruits and vegetables, so that’s always a good thing. I’m always on the look out for something different for them that is still healthy.

Crunchies are a perfect snack for my children. They’re actually great for anyone, but my daughters love freeze-dried fruit, so I knew they were going to love these. I’m not usually a fan of these, but this brand was actually very good. This is one of the first times I’ve actually been able to enjoy freeze-dried fruit. These products are non-GMO, heart-healthy, vegan and gluten-free.

I was sent some of the Crunchies products. I got some grapes, raspberries, pineapples, blueberries, strawberries, mixed fruit and strawberry banana. My daughters normally eat the dried fruit, and not freeze-dried. I never really knew the difference between the two. Freeze-dried fruit is a lot healthier then just dried fruit. Freeze-dried means that the products retain most of the nutrients of fresh, whole fruit. I’m glad to know the difference now, and won’t be buying dried fruit anymore. I’ll be going for the freeze-dried from now on.

The mixed fruit came with blueberries, strawberries, bananas and apples. My girls loved it all, except for the bananas. My youngest daughter doesn’t like bananas anyways, so that was no surprise there. They really loved the strawberries and the blueberries. I’d have to say those were their favorites.

I love grapes, so I was excited to try these out. They were very different from fresh grapes, but in a good way. I couldn’t believe how delicious they were. My youngest daughter also isn’t much of a fan of grapes, but she loved them. It’s great that she can still get some fruit in, and actually enjoy them.

My daughters love blueberries, so it was no surprise when they told me they loved these. They ate the bag quickly too. I happen to dislike blueberries, but I was willing to give these a try anyway. You never know if you’re going to like something if you don’t try it, right!? I’m glad I did try them, because it turned out that I really loved them.

We all loved the raspberries. They were a bit tart, which is what I expected since they’re raspberries. They were so good though! I’m very happy that my whole family enjoyed these. It’s not often that we always agree on a healthy snack.

Each one of these packages had a great tasting fruit. They’re all packed with flavor and crunch. Sometimes it’s hard to find a great tasting snack that’s healthy for you. I’m glad I was able to try the Crunchies, because they’re both healthy and delicious. Which flavors are you excited to try?
