How many of you love to play board games? My whole family loves playing games. My daughters are always asking if I can play games with them. We don’t have a set day for family game night, but we always like to sit down and play games. We could play games every night if we wanted. That’s how much we all love to play games.

Winning Moves Games have a lot of great games to choose from. I was able to pick out some of their newer games that I wanted to try out. I went with The Velveteen Rabbit Game, Chutes and Ladders, Brynk, Big Pigs and Moose Caboose.

Girls

Have you ever played Pass the Pigs before? This Big Pigs game is exactly the same except they’re played with these big pigs. Instead of shaking up the small pigs, you get these giant pigs to throw. My daughters already love this game, so I knew it was going to be a fun game with giant pigs. With this game you just have to throw the pigs and you get a certain amount of points depending on how they land. The first person to reach 100 points first will win. It’s a very simple game yet very fun, especially with the big pigs!

Have you ever played the game of Chutes and Ladders? This was one of my favorite games as a child. I’m glad that I can now play this game with my daughters. My daughters certainly love this game. It’s a very easy game to play to. All you have to do is spin the wheel and keep moving along the numbers on the board. If you land on a spot with a ladder, you get to climb the ladder. If you land on the spot for the slide, then you’ll have to go down the slide. This game can be so much fun. I really love that the board is the exact one I had as a child. This game brings back a lot of memories for me.

My daughters loved the game Moose Caboose. We played this game a few times because they loved it so much. This is a great kids game too. You get to start with four cards that are the beginning of the train. Each of these cards have a color on the end of them. Everyone gets four cards to begin with. You have to line up all the cards with the colors that match. If you get the caboose card, you can lay it down to end the train. The one that has the most or longest trains wins. The person that actually ends the train gets the whole row counted as theirs. That means that whoever ends up with the most cards in a train will win.

Brynk was a very fun game. This game is all about balance. The top does move, so you have to be very careful when stacking all the shapes. This is such a fun game too! It reminds me of Jenga in a way that you have to stack things on top of each other. You will have to be very careful and patient with this game. It can take some time to make sure you get the pieces in the right place so that they won’t tip over. Everyone will take turns stacking the shapes on top of each other. The one who makes it fall over first will lose the game.

The Velvetten Rabbit Game was a very fun game as well. This game was very new to us. We have never played anything like it before. You have to start in the middle of the game board. Once you spin the wheel you can choose which one of the four circles you want to start at. The object of this game is to collect all four of the tokens around the board. In order to get one of them you must land on one of the photos shown on the board. If you land on one of the colored hop ones, you can hop to a new circle but you must go to the color you landed on. The first person to collect all four of the tokens will win the game.

If you love to play games, then I highly suggest any of these games from Winning Moves Games. They have a wide selection of games to play that are very fun. We own a lot of their games and we love them all.
