My family has always been great with getting our daily exercise in. Whether this is while playing sports or just doing some daily work outs. My husband does a lot of weight lifting, and I love to do a lot of walking. My preferred way to get my exercise in daily would be to walk. My daughters are out of school right now, but they also do love playing outside and getting their exercise in daily. I know that they get the right amount of exercise each day. Both of my girls love to play sports as well. My youngest really loves to play soccer, so she loves to kick the ball around the yard often.

My garage pickup is on Tuesday so I clean my fridge every Monday. Sometimes I look at something without a clue as to what it is – and its only been there a week.

I usually drink lot of water which has always helped me to stay hydrated anytime. There are so much of energy drinks available these days & BODYARMOR sounds like a great choice with lot of health supplements included & I love that we have different flavors as well.
