PRIZES: At the outset of the Promotion, the prizes available to be won are:

1. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1 AVAILABLE): One (1) 6-day 5-night trip to Costa Rica for two (2) people. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest the winner’s home within the U.S. (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation at an all-inclusive resort for five (5) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and $1,000.00 spending money for the winner only. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including ground transportation, meals, gratuities, travel documents, tax, personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Transportation and accommodations subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Air travel must be booked and taken between May 20, 2013 and May 20, 2014. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. Driver’s license) required for travel. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times; parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. If winner’s guest is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of guest who must sign and return all required documentation. Winner and guest must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize (“ARV”): $6,500.00 depending on winner’s point of departure, cost of all-inclusive resort and airfare fluctuations.
2. SWEEPSTAKES SECONDARY PRIZES (80 AVAILABLE): One (1) Keurig^® B44 Brewer, and two (2) Green Mountain Coffee^® K-Cup^® packs of twelve (12). Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize (“ARV”): $141.50.
3. INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES (336 AVAILABLE – APPROXIMATELY 3 PER DAY*): One (1) “coffee lovers gift basket” (includes: one (1) LAND O LAKES^®-branded travel mug, one (1) Green Mountain Coffee^® K-Cup^® pack of twelve (12), and two (2) LAND O LAKES^® coupons** for one (1) free half and half pint or quart).
