Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prizes: Seven (7) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas scheduled for April 4, 2014 to April 7, 2014. Grand Prize trip includes:
- Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major metropolitan airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to Nassau, Bahamas;
- Round trip ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s home and airport, and between Nassau, Bahamas airport and the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort;
- Three (3) nights and four (4) days, single room (double-occupancy) hotel accommodations;
- Atlantis Dining Plan for three (3) nights and four (4) days;
- A group welcome dinner on evening of arrival; and
- One (1) activity of choice for Grand Prize Winner and guest. (Activity is of winner’s choice, up to $200 including tax and tip, and may be provided by the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort or through an outside vendor.)
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,250, each.
All other expenses not expressly stated herein (including, without limitation, food and beverages other than that included in the Atlantis Dining Plan or otherwise expressly provided for in these Official Rules, tips, spa services, gift shop, room service, excursions (unless arranged by Sponsor) and any other personal and incidental expenses) are the sole responsibility of each Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the designated travel dates. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize as awarded by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited, Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner and no compensation or substitution will be provided.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged by Administrator. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner is from a state that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied during all aspects of the Grand Prize trip by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. A minor may accompany Grand Prize Winner as a guest only if the Grand Prize Winner (i) has reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence, and (ii) is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minor must be accompanied at all times during the Grand Prize Trip by minor’s parent or legal guardian. In all cases, each Grand Prize Winner’s guest or the parent/legal guardian of any guest who is a minor in his or her state of residence will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law). Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of guest’s age, parenthood or guardianship, and a Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. Each Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents, including any documents necessary for travel between the United States and the Bahamas. In the event that a Grand Prize Winner and/or guest engages in behavior that Sponsor determines is inappropriate, threatening, or illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Grand Prize trip early and send the Grand Prize Winner and/or guest home with no further compensation.
Total ARV of all Promotion prizes: $110,088.
