My husband snoring is one for me too. I honestly can’t even sleep in the same room anymore. I know there are products out there that may help, but I made my husband get a doctors appointment to see if there is anything they can do. We’ll see next week I guess.

These seem like great tips, I definitely used very similar to get my children to sleep but was very resistant in using them on myself… though I’m prone to bouts of chronic insomnia so sometimes nothing short of a very strong sleep aid will put me out.

My sleep is all over the place. I either stay up to late, wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go to sleep, or I’m exhausted and feel like I could sleep for days. I’m wanting to get back on track but I feel stuck. Though I am working on some upcoming changes that will most likely be helpful for more than addressing my sleep situation.
