Campus Book Rentals Review

13 July, 2012 by KatBp 3 Comments

Are you or someone you know going to college this fall? Textbooks are one of the highest expenses for college students. Why not rent your textbooks instead of buying them. This can save you a lot of money. Campus Book Rentals has been renting textbooks since August 2007.

Renting textbooks from Campus Book Rental can save you 50-85% over new or used books. Some students have saved 90-95%. That’s a huge savings. I haven’t actually been to college yet, but if I do, I would defiantly rent from Campus Book Rental. You get free shipping too. They will sent you the books with free shipping, as well as having you send the books back with free shipping. What a great deal! Standard shipping takes about 7-14 business days and expedited is about 5-8 days. If you decide your going to drop a class, there is a 30 day worry free guarantee. That means you will get a full refund, as long as the books are returned within the first 30 days.

Can you believe they allow you to highlight in the book! I have never heard about a textbook rental program that allows you to do that. You have the option of renting the book for the summer (55 days), quarter(85 days), or semester (130 days). Taking a look at the Financial Markets and Institutes Book, I noticed how much cheaper it was to rent then buy. I went to check on Amazon, and it was $59.99 new. I checked on the Campus Rental website and it was $24.14 for the semester. That’s a huge savings!

Did you know that every textbook rented they will donate to Operation Smile. Wouldn’t it be nice to rent a textbook and have the company donate to a great charity. I think it’s an amazing idea. By renting from Campus Book Rental you could help a child at Operation Smile. Operation Smile helps children with surgical services. Often children are born with cleft-they are often unable to eat, speak, socialize, or smile. They provide free surgery for children and young adults with cleft lips, cleft palates, and other facial deformities.

So, instead of paying a high price for a textbook, why not rent with Campus Book Rentals. I would highly recommend renting from them. You will defiantly save more money renting a textbook versus buying one. You could also earn money with their referral program. For every friend you refer, you can earn $5. So many great reasons to rent!

Oh that is a great idea because I never use my books more than one semester anyways! College students definitely need all the help they can get the cost of those books is crazy!

I will have to pass this information onto my cousin who is just starting college! I wish this company was around when I was in school!

This would have been so much easier than carting books around every year, that I never open again. I could have done so much with the leftover money.
