Dr. Woods Soap Review

20 July, 2012 by KatBp 5 Comments

My kids and I have skin that is very dry. I have tried many different soaps to help with my dry skin. Most of them have left my skin dry and rough. The worst feeling is when the soap leaves my skin rough after applying it.

I was recently provided with Dr. Woods soap to review. I received a bottle of Lavender Castle Soap and a peppermint bar of soap. The liquid Castle Soap can be used as a body wash & daily facial cleanser, relaxing bath, and for laundry cleaning.

I tried out both the bar of soap, and the liquid soap. They both left my skin feeling soft. I also took a bath and used the Castle liquid soap. It was a very relaxing bath. I found myself almost falling asleep because it was so relaxing. It’s almost like your at the spa. Both of the soaps have really helped out with my dry skin. My skin has been very soft for awhile now.

Dr. Woods soaps are vegetable based, contain no animal fat, and they are biodegradable. They are eco-friendly, contain no animal ingredients, no artificial colors, and have never been tested on animals. The soaps are used for facial cleansers, body wash, laundry detergent, shampoo, and bath soaks. They have a variety of fragrances, including, peppermint, lavender, almond tea, tea tree, black, and baby mild.

If your looking for a soap that leaves your skin silky smooth, then Dr Woods is perfect for you. You can check them out on Facebook and Twitter.

Disclosure: I received the product in exchange for a review. My opinions are my own and may differ from those of your own.

Would love to try the Peppermint or Almond Tea varieties of soap. I hear that castle soap is great for cleaning but is still gentle on the skin. Very well written review! =]

I love that the liquid soap can be used on your face or to do laundry. that shows how gentle and effective the product is. Nice review!

I’ve never heard of this brand before! But I love that the soap can be used for both your body and laundry. Thanks for sharing 🙂
