It’s that time of year again where everyone seems to be getting sick. My daughters and I have already been sick and we’re still recovering from it. Every time we think we’re done being sick, it seems that we get it again.

A thermometer is a great piece to have on hand so you can check your temperature often. I usually use the ones that go under your tongue, but those take forever to read your temperature. My kids don’t like to sit there forever to get their temperatures read either.

Luckily there is an easier solution, and it’s called the Easy @ Home thermometer. I was sent this thermometer to review. I’m glad it came just in time since we’ve all been a bit sick. It was the perfect opportunity to try this out.

The thermometer came in a very nice case. I love that it came with the case so that it can be protected. It’s hard with the older thermometers because they’re very small and it’s hard to keep them protected.

This thermometer is very easy to use. All you have to do is point it towards your forehead from a distance of 1.2 – 2 inches and press the big scan button. Make sure it’s on body so that you can get the right temperature. This has worked out very well for my kids and I. We love that it only takes a second to read the temperature too.

There are three light colors that indicate the temperature. A green display (<99.1°F (37.3°C)) indicates normal temperature, yellow display 99.3°F~100.2°F (37.4°C~37.9°C) indicates low-fever and red display >100.4°F (38°C) indicates high-fever.

You can use this for more than just taking the temperature of yourself or kids when they’re sick. You can check the temperature of just about anything. If you have a baby and they need milk warmed up, this would be a great way to make sure it’s at the right temperature. I wish I would have had this when my kids were smaller so I could have checked the temperature of their milk. That would have really come in handy.

If you’re looking for a great thermometer, than I highly recommend the Easy @ Home one. It has been very helpful for us. They even offer a lifetime no hassle replacement guarantee for customers.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I would love to have this. We just have a regular digital thermometer and for the life of me couldn’t tell you where it is.

This would be great this Winter . Not that I would wish my kids to be sick but it’s good to have a good thermometer like this.

How awesome! We really really need one of these here! My nephews were running a fever last week, and it is sooo hard to get a correct temperature reading on them by using an oral thermometer. They dont understand yet that they have to keep their mouths closed lol. I will be looking into a product like this.
