I would use it for food preparation. I’m trying to bust this plateau I’ve been on and know I must be more careful in meal preparation and packaging
I would use the EatSmart scale to management my food intake as I am a new diagnosed diabetic. Any tools I could acquire would be much appreciated.

We are going gluten free and I am trying to freezer cook, this would be awesome for that!
I would use it to eat the right portions for weight loss. Right now I have no way to measure and I am sure my estimates are off.
