It’s hard to believe that summer is already over and now fall is here. I do love summer, but I also enjoy fall. I don’t exactly love when the weather gets cooler, but I just love the season of fall. With the leaves changing and the holidays coming up, it’s a great time of year. I know many seem to want to put their grills away once summer is over, but not our family. We still grill out all year-long. In fact, fall is one of the best times to grill out because the snow isn’t here yet, and the weather is cooler. I still enjoy grilling out on a cool night because the grill keeps me warm, and the food is always delicious. My husband and I love the charcoal grills the most because we think they always bring the best flavor in foods when grilled. This IG Charcoal BBQ Grill we received was a great addition to our home, and is going to help make many memories around the grill.
IG Charcoal BBQ is a stainless steel charcoal barbecue. This barbecue is multi-functional with a grill top that is made especially for cooking skewers. The grill also has other features such as a rotating charcoal handle for raising and lowering the heat level of the charcoal. The grill comes with a sliding ash collector tray for easy and fast cleanup. Lastly, the grill has folding side trays and easy installation.

I love that this grill came with a sliding ash collector tray. This makes it easier to clean up. I’ve never actually had this option on any grills I have owned before, so this was very nice to have. I love that it’s able to collect all the ashes instead of them going all over the place. This makes it so much easier for when you’re ready to clean up.
I also really love that it has a rotating charcoal handle. Again, this is an option I’ve never had. With this handle, you’re able to lower or raise the charcoal for more or less heat. The higher you have it, the more heat you’re going to get. It’s certainly nice to have while you’re grilling out, and I personally love it raised a bit higher.
I love that there is plenty of space on this grill to grill your food. I could cook a lot of food on this grill and feed family just fine. This will be great for when we have our family get together as well, because we’ll have a lot of space for food to cook. We are very excited to be able to invite our guests over for some food on the grill. We know they’re going to enjoy the food as much as we do. We are such big fans of the charcoal grills and this one has been by far the best grill we have owned. My husband was extremely excited about this grill, and he doesn’t get to excited about stuff often. That’s when I knew we had gotten a great grill. He really loved that it was charcoal and stainless steel. We never owned a stainless steel grill before, so he was extremely thrilled about that. I could hear his excitement when we were opening the box and putting it together. Also, I have to say that this grill was so easy to put together. Anyone could have put this together easily by themselves. I’ve never had a grill be this simple to put together before. We didn’t even need the instructions because it was that easy!
Even the wheels make it great for moving around. There are a set of four wheels on this grill. I like that they have the four wheels because it makes it a lot easier to move around. We always move it somewhere that isn’t as close to the house when we are grilling out. Once we are done, we always move it back by the house and in a safe spot where the rain won’t hit the grill. This way we can easily store it by the house so it won’t get ruined. It’s an extremely nice grill, so we want to make sure to protect it and keep it nice and clean.
Even the sides are foldable. This makes for an easier storage as well. It’s nice that you can fold them back down when you’re done with them. This will make a lot more space while you’re storing it too. It’s much nicer this way.
Once we were ready to start the grill, we got our charcoal and got the flames going. Everything went well when we fired up the grill. There were no problems there, and we got the flames going very easily.
We wanted to make a few different things to really see how the grill was going to cook. We had our normal hamburgers and hot dogs, but decided to make a veggie mix as well. My oldest isn’t a huge meat fan, so we always make her something that has veggies in it. She loves having this potato mix with onions and peppers, and we all do as well.
Everything turned out amazing! It was all better than expected. Everyone was very happy with the way things turned out. Most of the food was eaten, so that is great! It’s always good to see when my family eats just about everything on their plates. That means we did a great job cooking and we know they’ll eat more again when we choose to cook this again. It’s been such an awesome grill, and we are excited to continue to cook throughout the years with it.

I think it’s great grilling all year round. We may get snow here in the winter, but that doesn’t stop us from grilling out.
What a cool grill! I love that it’s on wheels and looks semi-lightweight, so you can move it around. And it’s very sleek looking, too! We love grilling in the summer. I’m going to miss it for the next few months!

You can’t beat the taste of cooking over a charcoal grill and this particular grill has so much space on top for grilling! We have a large gas grill, but there is nowhere near as much room for grilling. Awesome grill!
