We all know how expensive bills can get, but it’s part of life. If you own your own home or rent, you know you’re going to have bills. Some of these are those we must pay, and others may be just for entertainment. I’m sure that many of us have cable, or some other way of getting T.V. I actually just moved in to a home about two months ago. I never did get cable, because where we are, the prices were just far to expensive. We normally watch Hulu or Netflix (from a friend’s account), so it’s not a big deal for us to have cable.

My husband and I have been thinking of buying an antenna so that we could watch some of the channels that way. We would only have to pay a one time fee, and we could watch all of those channels from the antenna. It’s a great way to be able to have some channels to watch instead of paying monthly bills.

Not long after we were talking about this, I received an email about Leaf 50. This came at the perfect time! This is an indoor HDTV Antenna. Most antennas are meant for going outside, but not this one. I really liked that about it. Below you’ll find a list of a quick overview of this product:

  • Same warranty policy as new antenna!
  • Amplified with Clean Peak™ filter technology: most sophisticated amplifier on the market that removes unwanted RF signals and boosts the ones you want
  • From the makers of the best-selling Leaf Antenna
  • Modeled after a discreet mud flap antenna designed for the U.S. Military
  • Most reliable and innovative antenna on the market today
  • Reversible and paintable to match décor
  • Easy to install
  • Original amplified paper-thin antenna
  • 16 ft high performance cable included
  • Multi-directional: No “pointing” needed
  • 50 mile range

Setting up this product was so easy. I honestly didn’t know that I would be able to do this myself, but it was so easy, that I was able to do it without any help. If you keep moving it around to different spots, you may find more or less channels too. I like to move mine around to figure out where the best spot was. I do find it easier to have it closer to a window. For me, that seems to be the spot with the best reception and more channels as well.

I’m always happy to just get a few channels, and mainly the channels with the news, which I always get. I’ve gotten close to thirty channels with this at most. It’s nice to be able to get the news channels again. I can see what’s going on around the world, and I won’t have to miss it if my daughters end up being delayed or having no school.

This product is also ready for when a storm may hit. I can remember being in places with satellite, and when there was a storm, it lost signal a lot. It’s not fun when you lose signal. You’ll still be able to stay informed with access to local weather, news, emergencies and school closings with the Leaf 50. That’s another wonderful thing about this. You wouldn’t want to miss out on anything important just because it may be storming in your area.

I would recommend this product to anyone that would love to be able to still watch some T.V., but not to be able to have to pay such high prices. I’ve looked through a few options around my area, and for me, none of them are even worth the prices you pay monthly. It’s actually very crazy to have to think about paying those prices just to watch some T.V. This is why the Leaf 50 is such a great option.

Are you paying too much for your T.V.?
