Magnolia Gods Book Review

9 November, 2012 by KatBp Leave a Comment

I’ve had the opportunity to review the book, Magnolia Gods. If you love books that are action packed, then you’re going to love this book. The book took off a bit slow in the beginning but it got very exciting after the first few chapters.

Edward Lawson had attempted to fly a seaplane but ended up in a wreck. His body and the plane remained missing. If one of your loved ones were in a wreck from a plane and went missing wouldn’t you want to figure out what happened? I know I’d be searching every day to figure out what had happened and why they had just disappeared without any evidence.

Jesse is the grandson of Lawson.  Mike owns his own museum and is a very thoughtful guy. He is always willing to sacrifice anything for his family. When Jesse pressures Mike in to finding out about the missing plane and body, he is very hesitant at first. He later decides that this is something he needs to do.

This was one of those books that I didn’t think I would be interested in reading, but later found out I really loved the book. This is exactly why you really can’t judge a book by its cover. This is an exciting book that will keep you guessing. If you’re looking for a good book that is hard to keep down, this is the book for you.
