Marshmallow Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

22 December, 2016 by KatBp 36 Comments

I’ve been trying out cake mix cookies a lot lately, so I wanted to make a recipe with chocolate cake mix. Chocolate cake is my favorite kind of cake, so I thought I could do that with some cookies. I decided to make some chocolate cake mix cookies with some other ingredients that turned out to go great together!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • Powdered Sugar (to roll cookies in)

The first thing I did, was mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips together. You want to mix that up really good so that your cookies have a mix of both the chocolate chips and marshmallows in it.

After mixing up the ingredients well, I rolled them in powdered sugar. Then I placed them on the pan. Since these have marshmallows in them, I would recommend spraying the pan with cooking spray before placing the cookies on the pan.

You’ll want to bake these at 350 degrees for about 6-10 minutes or until done. Once they start cracking, they’re just about done. That’s all there is to these cookies. I was very happy with the way they tasted, and I’ll be making more for the holidays. I hope you enjoy these!
