PRIZES

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE consisting of:

(a) a CDN$500 Gift Certificate (the “Gift Certificate”) to the hardware/electronics retailer or national chain store of winner’s choice (conditions and restrictions apply – see below); (b) one (1) Apple® iPad® (Most recently released 32G Apple iPad (the new iPad) with basic cover, Wi-Fi and 4G capability, no SIM card and/or data plan included); and (c) assortment of Mega Bloks® toys, to be determined by Mega Brands in its entire discretion.

The retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately CDN$1500.

MEGA Brands will coordinate directly with the hardware/electronics retailer or other national chain store chosen by the Sweepstakes winner in order to purchase the Gift Certificate on behalf of the winner. MEGA Brands reserves the right to refuse any retailer/store selected by the Sweepstakes winner, for any reason whatsoever, acting in its entire discretion. In such a case, the winner will be entitled to select an alternate retailer/store acceptable to MEGA Brands, acting in its entire discretion. Once the winner has selected a retailer/store acceptable to MEGA Brands, no change will be permitted.

Certain conditions/restrictions may apply to the use of the Gift Certificate by the winner; such conditions/restrictions are not within the control of MEGA Brands and MEGA Brands accepts no liability and/or responsibility in this regard, nor does it accept any liability and/or responsibility for the products/services purchased using the Gift Certificate. MEGA Brands’ sole responsibility as regards the Gift Certificate is to coordinate its issuance to the winner by the retailer/store selected by the winner and accepted by MEGA Brands.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred; no cash or other substitutions allowed by winners. All prizes are subject to availability and MEGA Brands reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any element thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value. MEGA Brands makes no representation that a prize awarded here under can be sold or traded at the stated value.

MEGA Brands expressly excludes any warranty, condition or other liability of any kind with respect to any of the products and/or services included in the Grand Prize and awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes that are not produced, designed, manufactured or offered by MEGA Brands.
