Since it’s a new year, many of us love to make new years resolutions. I have already made some myself. Starting out a new year is always great to make some new resolutions. It’s like a fresh new start to a new year. A perfect time to start something new that you’ve been wanting to get in to. It’s a great time to sit down and think about some of those changes you may want to make. Many seem to fail to actually stick to these resolutions, myself included. This year I’m going to try my hardest to stick to all mine and hopefully by the end of the year I’ll be where I’d like to be.

I’m making a list of some of the most common resolutions as well as some you may not have thought about. Hopefully this list will help you all make your own resolutions for the year. My biggest resolution is to remember to make time for family as I continue to rock the business. I have to remember WHY I’m rocking the business.

I love this time of year to refresh and work on things that I’ve been putting off. This is a great list! I always love hearing what everyone is working on to better themselves. I’m working on adding more adventure to my life and being more patient with my kids.

These are great resolutions! My normally revolve around health or fitness. This year, my new Year resolution is a little bit more specific, I want to be able to do 5 pull ups. Sounds easy, but I have no upper body strength so it will be tough!

I have been working on this as well. Back when I was in school I could do a lot of pull ups, and now I can barely do one!

This year I decided to make smaller goals for myself. I want this to be a year of firsts. I am making a list of all the things I want to try and I will pick one a month.

The more realistic, the better! Because that way they’ll be easier to achieve or follow. I really like that you included believe in yourself in the list. It’s one of the things that most people need.

This is quite a list. I stopped doing resolutions because I never kept them so I call them “goals”. I make realistic goals because then I will never keep them.
