I can’t believe it’s officially fall! Fall is one of my favorite seasons, for many reasons. One of my favorites, is because the weather starts to get cooler, and the leaves start to change. It’s so exciting, and Halloween is in fall, so that’s even more exciting. That means we get to do a lot of fall activities and go to the pumpkin patch. There is so much going on this fall, and it’s going to be a lot of fun.
Now that my daughters have been back in school for a while now, I like to have breakfast and snacks ready for them. They can eat breakfast at school, but they prefer to eat at home. That usually means I have to get up earlier than them so that I can fix them up some breakfast. Cereal is always a quick option for when you need it, and I’m very excited to announce that the Oreo O’s cereal is now at Hy-Vee. I remember eating this cereal as a child, and I can now share this with my daughters. The moment I saw this cereal come back, I had to get a box. I have always loved this cereal, and I can now enjoy this with my daughters.
My daughters always have a snack when they get home from school. They also bring snacks to school sometimes as well. If they pack their own lunch for school, I always have some kind of snack in their lunches for them. The Oreo O’s cereal makes a great snack by itself, or made with something else. I made a great snack mix with the Oreo O’s for my daughters. You can make your own snack mix however you want. I just used the Oreo O’s, pretzels, mini colored marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips. You can throw it all together, and now you’ve got your own snack mix. Very simple to make, and the kids love it!
You can always be original and have it for breakfast for some cereal as well. Either way, it tastes great. My daughters and I love the Oreo O’s cereal. It’s great any way you eat it. You could use it for a snack all by itself, and it works great that way as well. I love keeping this around for breakfast and snack time. It’s a simple way to have a quick breakfast or pour some out for a quick snack too.

Oreos are a fave at our house and we always dip them in milk…so a cereal makes so much sense!! I know this will become a staple at our house soon.

We just tried that cereal and it was SO good. I think I’d prefer to use it in a treat square rather than serve it regularly for breakfast though.

I have to admit I was more of a cookie crisp and apple jacks kind of kid, but this looks just as yummy as the others. I’m an adult but still love a nice big bowl of cereal!
