Breast cancer awareness means a lot to me! My Mother just had surgery on the 19th of October to remove the cancer from her breast……we are still not sure if she needs radiation and chemo or just radiation. We never knew her Fathers side of the family, and come to find out, her Paternal Grandmother and Paternal Aunt both had breast cancer as well…..I have to step up my game and get checked regularly as well as perform my own checks because I am likely to get it!

Breast cancer awareness to me means getting people to understand that if they get tested in time their life can be saved and also letting them know that it is very deadly but with the right amount of time treatment can be life saving

Breast Cancer Awarwness month means promoting self-exams, promote getting mammagrams, supporting those who have breast cancer & celebrating with survivors. For me, it also means fundraising – Until There’s A Cure!!!
