PRIZES INCLUDE:
twenty-one (21) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, allocated to twenty (20) Weekly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $3,052.
There are five (5) weekly drawings in this Sweepstakes to occur on January 28, February 4, February 11, February 18 and March 1, 2013 (each, a “Weekly Drawing,” and each to occur on a Monday, except for the fifth (5th) drawing, which will occur on March 1, 2013).
Weekly Prizes: A Weekly Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) S&W Beans “Pre-Movie Quesadilla Kit”, which consists of and is limited to one (1) quesadilla maker, movie premiums/movie bucks, four (4) tickets to see “Jack the Giant Slayer” in theaters, and three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (all prize items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, theater, seating, dates and times; tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof). ARV of Weekly Prize is $100 and the ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $2,000.
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) private screening of the movie “Jack the Giant Slayer” for the winner and up to one hundred (100) friends at a local theater (theater, seating, dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof) and (1) S&W Beans “Pre-Movie Quesadilla Kit”, which consists of and is limited to one (1) quesadilla maker and three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (all prize items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,052.
