Have you ever had the Build a Bear experience? I brought my daughters to build a bear a few years back, and they loved it. It’s a wonderful place to have your kids have the full experience. If you ever get the chance, I would always highly recommend letting your kids have the experience at least once. You can also order online and have them shipped to you. We’ve done that many times as well. I just think the in person experience can be so great for kids. Mine had a lot of fun making theirs the way they wanted. They got to choose their own clothing and all kinds of accessories and such. One of our recent ones we got, was the Star Wars Darth Maul Bear.

Star Wars line at Build a Bear
Build a Bear has a Star Wars line that they released October 4th. I’m a big fan of Star Wars and all the people that play in the movies. I think they are all amazing. They always did such an amazing job with everyone, including the clothing, makeup and all. I’ve had a few favorites in Star Wars, but one of my most recent favorites, is now Darth Maul. I really love the way he looks, especially as a Build a Bear. They did such an amazing job creating him as a bear. I thought it turned out great. The colors and everything really do stand out.
His signature red lightsaber lights up and makes sound. You probably can’t really tell, but in the photo above it is lite up. My daughters really loved the fact that it lite up and made a sound. That really put this together great. It made it more realistic as well, and we really loved that. That was certainly a piece that you must get if you get the Darth Maul. It’s such an important piece that you’d want to have it go with him.
My youngest daughter, Tesla has pretty much already claimed him for herself. She really does like him a lot. She now keeps him in bed with her at night along with all her other stuffed animals. This has got to be by far one of all of our favorites now too. There is so much we love about him, including the beautiful colors.
The detail in the face was really great. They did a beautiful job getting all the details down. I thought the face was done in such great detail that you can actually tell exactly who this is suppose to be. It’s amazing how well red and black really go good together. I’m glad that he was made the way he was in the movie too. The face was done so well, and now with the Build a Bear, kids can experience him first hand!
His Outfit
Even his outfit was done very well. It sure fit him perfectly. I absolutely loved it! If you want to order one of these yourself, you can do so online and you can get him fulled dressed, or you can dress him yourself. They can send the clothes with and you are able to dress him up yourself. That’s what I’ve always loved about the Build a Bears too. The fact that you get to dress them up yourself is always fun for the kids.
