Teespring Review

Teespring is a website that lets you create and design your own shirts. You can sell the shirts with zero upfront costs and zero costs. After viewing the website I couldn’t believe how awesome it was. You’re able to design the shirts however you want and you can even sell them yourself. How neat is that?

This website is very easy to use. The first thing you can do to get started with making a shirt would be to launch a campaign. This would be where you can design the shirts how you want them to look. They have designs of their own as well as a place for you to upload your own design.

The next step would be to set your goal. You want to choose the minimum number of shirts you’ll need to sell in order for the shirts to be printed. I would think about how many shirts you want to sell or how much money you’re trying to make or raise if it’s for a fundraiser.

The last step would be to add a title and description. This would be where you can describe your shirt, link to your website or explain your cause. This would be a great way for others to find out about why you’re raising money or maybe what the shirt is all about.

I was using the online designer to see how it works and to just mess around with it for a while. I was amazed at all the options. You could come up with any design that you want. I’m actually really excited about this website because I plan to make a shirt for a fundraiser and donate the money to the fundraiser. I think this is such a neat idea and I’m excited to share it with others.

Here is one of the shirts someone had made and donated 100% of the proceeds to The One Fund Boston. They had set a goal of selling 75 shirts and they actually sold 6313. I thought that was amazing. I wish I would have known about this shirt a while ago. I think it’s a really nice shirt and I love that they donated all proceeds to the cause.

I can’t wait to get started on making a shirt. I’m a direct sales consultant so I was thinking of making shirts for my direct sales and possibly getting others to buy them that do direct sales. Either that or I was also thinking of making one for a fundraiser. I haven’t decided on the fundraiser yet but I do have a lot in mind. Another great thing about this is that the shirts won’t ship until a set end date determined by the seller. This would mean they pay nothing upfront, take no risk and don’t have to deal with the hassle of  ordering the right number of shirts.

If you need to make some extra money or what to help donate to a cause then Teespring would be a great place for you to get started.  Why not make some shirts that someone can wear all the time and possibly help out a great cause as well.

Disclosure: I received payment in exchange for a review on the Teespring website. The opinions are all my own and may differ from yours.

That could come in handy. I have several friends who’ve been fundraising recently and now I’ll have a neat place to point them to. Thanks for the reivew.

Just thought I’d leave my experiences as a buyer from this site.I thought I’d support my favorite local brewery and pick up a couple of their logo sweatshirts. The brewery would get a couple bucks and I’d have some last minute Christmas gifts. Didn’t work out very well. Nothing wrong with the shirts themselves-Hanes shirts so I knew they’d shrink, but I wasn’t prepared for the poor quality of the logo and printing. Both looked like they had been printed on some sort of decal and then ironed onto the shirts with obvious squares of the decal type material surrounding them. Think of the worst youth league baseball tee shirts with the cheap lettering for when you were a kid. An email discussion with the customer service folks at TeeSpring led to a message from the production people telling me the quality was acceptable and basically “have a nice day”. So I have sweatshirts to paint in and do other chores. I wouldn’t embarrass my brewery friends by wearing them in public-or myself by giving them away. Maybe Goodwill or Salvation Army.
