I absolutely love playing board games with my family. This is one of my favorite ways to be together. There are so many different types of games out there too. Winning Moves Games always has a lot of great games you can play with everyone. I recently received a few more games from them. I already have a huge collection of board games, but I love adding to that collection. They are always coming out with such great games.

Checkers has always been one of my favorite games to play. I have played this game for as long as I can remember. This may only be a two player game, but it is a lot of fun. If you don’t own Checkers yet, what are you waiting for?! This is such a classic. It’s a very simple game to play too. Just try to jump the other players and win the game. Of course, if you get to the end you can be “king” and hopefully have a better chance at winning.

Scrabble is another one of my favorite games. I remember playing this one a lot while growing up. I always thought it was fun trying to spell words and trying to get the most points. This Scrabble to Go game is great for bringing with you on long car rides. It is played the same way Scrabble is, except everything is a lot smaller, and it comes in a nice case. This one is going to be kept in our vehicle for when others want to play a game in the car. It’s a great travel size game. When my family and I take road trips or go on vacation, this will be a great way for us to have a bit of fun playing the game in the car.

If you have ever played Yahtzee, you know you have to get certain numbers to get scores. Now, Yahtzee Words is a bit different. It is still played the same, but instead of numbers, you have letters. It’s a bit of a challenge this way, because you have to try to spell out words. I actually thought this was a great spin on the game Yahtzee. I think it’s a lot more challenging, and I love that. My family and I love it when games are more challenging. It is so much more fun that way. Hopefully you can get some good letters and spell out some words to get some good scores.

That Color Speaks To Me is a newer game that I have never played before. I thought it looked like a really interesting game to play though. Each person takes a turn by having these two cards that go together, and you all have to try to pick one of the four colors shown that would match up best. For example, this one says chicken casserole that is just heavenly. You would look at the four colors shown, and pick one that would match up. For me, I would probably have picked A or D, just because those remind me more of a casserole. I see a lot of darker color casseroles, so those would probably be what I’d choose. You’re trying to match them up with the person who put the cards down. It is definitely a different and unique game, that’s for sure. I really enjoy it.

Flinch is a card game. You want to get rid of all your cards to become the winner. You’ll do this by having piles where everyone gets to put down cards in sequential order. This reminds me of some other games I have played before, so I love it. This is a great card game for the whole family to enjoy. My daughters and I especially love playing this one.
