The Rise of Smarter, Safer Home Fitness Equipment

One thing I absolutely love to do, is walk. This is one of the only kinds of exercise I can do, otherwise if I workout to much, I end up with a migraine. This is why walking has been such a big help for me. On those days that I can’t get outside because it’s raining, snowing, or just to cold, I always have this treadmill from Lifesmart to use. I’m so glad to because it has been very chilly here lately, so having a treadmill has been so helpful.

The TM4000C

Designed for runners and walkers who love incline! The TM4000C builds on the performance of the TM4000 with a reinforced stability with noticeably less movement at 10% incline. Every element—from the powerful 3.5HP brushless motor to the commercial-grade running deck—is engineered to feel solid underfoot and reliable at every speed. With PowerTouch® automatic folding, immersive app compatibility, and a newly integrated wireless charging console, the TM4000C brings together strength, precision, and modern convenience in one refined training platform.

Key Features:

  • Power Decline & Incline: -3% power decline and 10% power incline with quick key adjustments for varied intensity.
  • PowerTouch Automatic Folding/Unfolding: Effortless storage with the unique automatic folding and unfolding system.
  • 3.5 HP Brushless Motor: Offers 20 times the lifespan compared to brushed motors for extended performance.
  • Speed Range: 0-14 MPH with quick key speed controls for easy adjustments during your workout.
  • 26 Built-in Programs: Includes 26 pre-set workout programs and 5 user-defined programs for personalized training.

I’m loving all the amazing features of this treadmill. There are so many that really make this a wonderful treadmill to use to walk/run/jog on. One of my favorites, is that you can adjust your speed with the start/stop functions for easier control. Not only that, but the built-in wireless charging station is amazing too.  I don’t know about you, but when I walk, I like to have my phone on me so that I can play some music, especially when I’m on the treadmill. I love listening to music while I’m walking on the treadmill. It keeps me from getting to bored, and it really helps me relax more while I’m exercising as well.

Another one of my favorite features, is that it can be easily stored because you can fold it and unfold it. In fact, this actually folds and unfolds on its own. You just have to press a button, and it does all the work. Amazing, isn’t it?! This makes it easier for when you may need to store it better. I love being able to fold it up because I need to clean under it sometimes too. This way you can get under and clean when you need to. Not only that, but it is just nice to have it folded up for more space sometimes too. This will always be one of my favorite features of this treadmill. It’s nice to be able to have things stored the way you’d like. I’m sure many of us love having the extra room, so this really helps with that.

This treadmill has both speed range and power decline/incline. It can go between 0-14 MPH with quick key speed controls for easy adjustments during your workout. -3% power decline and 10% power incline with easy adjustment. I love that it can go at these speeds because there are some days when I just want to walk, and others when I want to run or jog. I usually walk, but the other options are great for when I do want to run or jog, plus, my kids and husband use it as well. We all enjoy it.

I’m glad that this comes with the key that can get pulled out if anything were to ever happen. Lets say you were getting dizzy and started falling back and couldn’t control it. This would help if it’s clipped on you because it would pull out and automatically stop the machine. There have been times when I definitely was glad to have one of these because without it I’m sure I would have ended up on the floor. You can always pull it out quickly if you ever start to feel dizzy or such too. Sometimes this is a quicker option then pressing stop. It’s just great to have to help in case of any accidents.

The small display is nice to keep track of how long you have been on the treadmill for, as well as how many mph you’re going. It also lets you know how many calories you have burned as well. It has a lot of great features. I actually love that this was added to the treadmill. I always love to keep track of everything when I’m on the treadmill. The calories and how many miles I have walked are what I’m always looking for. I’m so glad this has this on here. I also love seeing how long I’ve been on too. Sometimes I want to walk for a specific time, so it’s nice to have that so I can make sure to stop when needed.

Having a treadmill at home gives me more time to actually get my workouts in too. I don’t know about you, but I have been super busy lately, so having my own equipment at home is very helpful. I honestly don’t like going to gyms anyways, I’d rather do all my workouts from home. This gives me the option to do that. Not only for me, but my whole family too. I wouldn’t doubt if we were to get another so a couple of us can walk together. These are such nice treadmills. Honestly, the nicest one I have had yet. I love all these amazing features.

It even has a spot for your phone to charge. I thought that was an amazing feature. I love using my phone to listen to music, so having the charger for my phone has been great. It also has two fans on it so that if you get hot, you have have those on too. This is actually the first time I’ve ever had a treadmill with both of these options. I love it!

This is an absolutely amazing treadmill if you’re looking for one. My whole family is already enjoying using it. May just need to get another so we can walk together more often. It certainly has a lot of great features that you’re sure to love.

Lifesmart PowerTouch Treadmills can be found on Amazon, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, LifesmartTreadmills.com and other national retailers.
