Barbara’s Cookie Pies Review

Who loves delicious cookies or pies? Some of my favorite sweets have chocolate and peanut butter in them. My husband is a huge fan of chocolate and peanut butter desserts. How about a cookie and pie all in one. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Thanks to Barbara’s Cookie Pies you’re able to get that.

Barbara’s Cookie Pies look like pies but they are eaten like a cookie. They’re made with 100% natural butter cookie crust. The crust is actually made from a three generation family recipe and is hand pressed to form the bottom layer.

I chose the peanut butter cup cookie pie. I just knew my husband and I were going to love this. As I mentioned earlier, my husband loves peanut butter and chocolate together, so that’s why I had chosen this cookie pie. I knew everyone would enjoy it. It looks amazing, doesn’t it?

As you can see from the photo above, the crust is actually very thick, which is exactly what some pie crusts are usually like. You can see that it’s drizzled with chocolate on top too.

This cookie pie has peanut butter and chocolate in the middle with chocolate drizzled on top. If you’ve ever had Reese’s peanut butter cups then it tastes a lot like those. I thought it had the perfect amount of peanut butter and chocolate in it. It’s actually a very nice thick piece, just like a pie. My husband and I really enjoyed this. Cookie Pie Crust:

Fresh creamery butter, sugar, unbleached flour, real vanilla, whole eggs

Topping:

Whipped peanut butter, confectioner’s sugar, real vanilla , real semi-sweet chocolate
