Spring is finally here! It’s time to get ready for warmer weather. You want to keep cool during the spring/summer right? I always have trouble finding the right fan to use to keep myself cool at night. Right now I just use a small fan that helps keep my room cool at night while I’m sleeping. In my daughter’s room we use one of the taller fans so they both keep cool at night. We had actually bought a fan for my daughter’s room last summer and it has already broke. It wasn’t even used for a year and we had to already throw it out. What if I told you there was a fan that could keep your room cool as well as smell fresh. The Honeywell with Febreze Freshness Cool & Refresh Fan can do just that. Isn’t that great?
I received the Honeywell Cool & Refresh Fan for review. The great thing about this fan is that it also uses febreze to make the area smell good. My kids were excited to get a new fan for their room, since their old one was broken. The fans height is 16.4 inches.
Along with the fan there was a coupon and the febreze cartridge. The fan is a tower shaped fan that rotates or can stay still as well.
The top of the fan has all your control features and it’s very simple to use. At the very top you see a control, and that’s used for the febreze. This will control the strength of the febreze. I personally keep it on the lowest setting because it fills the room with the smell even on the lowest setting. I could even smell it from another room or two away. The bottom control button is for the fan. This controls the speed, whether you want it low, medium or high. You will also see a small button on the side with a rotating symbol on it. If you push on that button then the fan will rotate.
This is where you would put your febreze cartridge. The fan will work fine without it too. If you want that nice fresh scent, then I would use the cartridge. It works very well and leaves a nice present smell. The fan came with one cartridge but you can buy replacements in many other scents. The replacements are roughly $3 and you can order those at Walmart or Target.
As you can see, the cartridge fits right inside. Make sure the curved side is facing up while you put the cartridge in. It’s as easy as that, and no mess!
The fan is now all set to go. It’s a very simple fan to use and I love the fact of having the febreze too. My daughters enjoy having this fan in their room and I’m happy to let them use it. Kids can be very messy so I’m glad this fan has the febreze option. I can keep my kids room cool as well as keeping a fresh smell.

Great idea but is the scent to strong when you have the fan running?
I think when you set the Febreze setting on low it’s perfect. Not to strong. That’s why I love that you can set the strength of the Febreze.
I think my home could really benefit from the use of one of these. We always have weird smells.
