Movie #30 is Flubber

If you have been following along my movie journey, you’ll know that my daughters and I are watching movies from a list I made. You can check that list out HERE if you’d like. There are a ton of movies on this list that I plan to watch with my daughters. These were movies I watched growing up, so I want them to experience these movies as well. We all sit down as a family each week and pick out a movie. We don’t always get to watch one a week, but we try.

With 90,000 square feet of space, the producers were able to create the professor’s basement laboratory, the interior of the team’s locker room, and a 2,500-seat basketball stadium, all under one roof at one time.|Differing from the original film (THE ABSENT-MINDED PROFESSOR), this time Flubber is given a personality of its own. Mischievous and uncontrollable, it creates havoc everywhere.

As you probably already know, Flubber is green. With him being green, we wanted to go with a green food theme for this movie. We even found some Jell-O so that it would look like Flubber. This is definitely a movie I was very excited to share with my daughters. I absolutely love Robin Williams and all of his movies. This was always a favorite of mine too. I thought my daughters may enjoy this one because of Flubber. He’s adorable!

Flubber is such an amazing movie. I was actually really excited when I remembered this movie. This was a movie that I loved while growing up, and I was so excited to be able to share that with my daughters. I’m so glad that I was able to watch this one again. I truly love all Robin Williams movies. RIP to him, as he was an amazing actor. 

Have you ever seen this movie before? I feel like this was a movie that many of us did see. If you haven’t seen this one yet, I do highly recommend seeing it, especially if you like Robin Williams.
