Do you enjoy cooking? I certainly love to cook. I don’t always have the time to cook though, so sometimes I have to go with something quick and easy. I’m trying my hardest to cook meals that are healthier for my family. I love products where you can make your meals quicker and ones that don’t take a lot of time. There are many products out there that can help make cooking quicker.

I have always wanted to try out a rice cooker, so when I had the chance to review the Rosewill rice cooker, I was thrilled. My family enjoys rice for dinner. We cook it often since we all love it so much. I have found many different recipes I can cook up with rice too. You can switch it up a lot when you have rice. Although this rice cooker is not just meant for rice, I knew I had to try it out on rice because of our love of rice. You can also use it for things such as cake, soups, steaming foods and so much more. I honestly didn’t know you could use a rice cooker for more than just rice.

Since my family loves white rice, that’s what I decided to cook in the rice cooker. I even made a recipe with the rice once it was finished cooking. This rice cooker is very simple to use. I first put in a cup of rice in the pot. It does have measurements on it to make it easier for you. After putting the cup of rice in, I was able to fill it with water. You can easily see how much water to put in based off of how much rice you added.

dsc_0781

Since I was cooking rice, I put this on the regular setting. There are other settings depending on what you’re going to be making. It will have a timer on it automatically. The time will keep going down as it gets closer to being done. It will then automatically go to keep warm once it’s done cooking. I love that about this product. It’s nice to not have to worry about burning anything. Once it’s done, it stops it on its own and will continue to keep it warm for you.

dsc_0783

Once it was done, I opened it up to see how it was, and the rice had cooked perfectly! I was amazed to see how well it cooked. I’m very excited to continue to use this product for more recipes, especially for some cake!

I mentioned that I had used the rice cooker to cook the rice so that I could try out a recipe. This is actually a very simple recipe to make. You put all these ingredients together in a casserole dish, and heat it in the oven, and that’s about it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 15.25 oz. Can of Corn
  • 14.5 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese (your choice of kind)

Directions:

All I did, was take all these ingredients and mix them together in casserole dish, except for the cheese. After you have everything mixed up together, you sprinkle the cheese on top. You can always use less or more cheese, depending on how much you like. I cooked this on 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. You can take it out once the cheese has melted.

Thanks to this rice cooker, I was able to make this delicious meal for my family. It was great that I could let the rice cooker cook up all the rice while I got the rest of the ingredients together. Products like this can make life simpler and really enjoyable too. It’s nice to be able to have a product cook something up for you while you can be doing something else. It really does help save a lot of time too.

Features
LCD display, digital control, plastic body
Inner pot with non-stick coating
Three-dimensional heating: balancing the heat evenly
Steam control technology to prevent leaking and keep the rice moist and nutritious
Independent varying process control to help cook different grains of rice to perfection

I love being able to use this rice cooker. If you all enjoy to cook as much as I do, I would highly recommend having this Rosewill Rice Cooker. It has been a time saver for me while cooking meals for my family. Even if you’re not much of a cooker, this product can really help you as well. It’s so simple to use, anyone can do it! Also, right now it’s on sale for only $39.99. You save $60! This is the perfect time to grab one now before they’re all gone.

That sounds so great. I have never been able to make perfect rice. It’s either to firm, or it’s gummy. I think my family would love it if I got one of these.
