Waxelene Giveaway

Welcome to the Waxelene Petroleum Jelly Alternative Giveaway!

Hosted by: Savory Savings

Sponsored by: Waxelene

Prize:  One 2 oz jar of Waxelene Petroleum Jelly Alternative

WaxeleneLogo

I’m helping out another blogger with this giveaway. I know I’d love to try this out. My youngest daughter has eczema and this would be something to try out. Not everything works well with her skin. Good luck to all who enter!

If you have been looking to cut petroleum based products (like petroleum jelly) out of your life for health purposes due to rising concerns with petroleum in health products and hydrogenated oils, Waxelene will be a great replacement product for you!  Many people use petroleum jelly for its waterproof/barrier properties for dry, cracked skin or lips, but what is that petroleum doing once it reaches your internal system?

2oz_waxelene_jarWaxelene is a beeswax alternative that provides the same benefits as petroleum jelly, without the harsh manufacturing processes or use of petroleum.  Waxelene can be used in all the same ways as petroleum jelly and is even safe with children.  Savory Savings had the chance to review Waxelene, take a minute to read her review and see what she thought of this product.

If you would like to win a 2 oz jar of Waxelene for yourself to try, use the Giveaway Tool below.  This giveaway will run from April 27, 2013 at 5 PM CST through May 11, 2013 at 8 PM CST.  This is for US Residents only, 18+.  Good luck!

No petroleum. Only natural & organic ingredients. Moisturize, protect, and soothe skin all in one.

learned that it has rosemary oil! which also works as a natural preservative and anti-bacterial for Waxelene without having to use synthetic preservatives like parabens!

I learned that it’s made from an aeration process instead of petroleum or hydrogenated oil. I like the fact that it won’t clog pores. Thanks for the chance- sounds like a great product!

I honestly never thought about the fact the “petroleum” jelly is made from “petroleum” !! I never liked the heavy, oily feel and taste……I just I never thought abut the fact that I was using real OIL!
